Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 April 2026

This page explains how your data is handled when you visit gainsgeek.com or sign up for the newsletter. Short version: the only data collected is your email and first name (via the signup form), used only to deliver the newsletter you signed up for.

What data is collected

Newsletter signup. When you submit the signup form, your first name and email address are collected and stored by MailerLite (our email service provider) to deliver the daily newsletter you signed up for.

Site analytics. No client-side analytics scripts run on this site, no JavaScript trackers, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal identifiers. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) processes aggregate edge-level access logs as a normal part of serving the site; this data is anonymised, retained briefly for operational purposes, and never tied back to individual visitors.

No cookies are set on this site. No third-party ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no trackers.

How the data is used

Your email address is used to send the newsletter you explicitly signed up for. Nothing else. It is not sold, shared, traded, or used for any other purpose.

Analytics data is used to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages get visited, where visitors come from geographically). Individual visitors are not identified.
